So-called “bioplastics” are marketed as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional, petroleum-based plastics. They can be made from renewable feedstock, might be bio-degradable or even both.
„Ausgepackt“ is a nationwide competition initiated by the youth online magazine www.LizzyNet.de and the Wissenschaftsladen Bonn e.V. targeting teenagers and young adults between 12 and 23 years.
